We would like to inform you that from December 25 to 27, 2023, we have experienced some problems with Hyperflow platform services.
During this time some of the requests sent to the platform ended with a message about the lack of access to the service, despite having active licenses.
This was caused by an error in the configuration of the billing system responsible for license renewal.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
Our technical team has been working tirelessly since the issue was discovered and the issue was finally fixed today (December 27, 2023) around 10am.
We would like to inform you that all services are currently working properly.
At the same time, we would like to emphasize that the problem resulted from a human error in the configuration of our system scheduled for the holidays and was not the result of an attack or hardware failure.
At no time was any of our users’ data at risk of loss or disclosure.
We ensure that we take every action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
